Valves

Advance Valve is a device or natural object that regulates, directs, or controls the flow of a fluid (Gases, Liquids, Solids, or Slurries) by opening, closing, or partially obstructing various passageways. Valves are technically fittings with all pipelines as per your application, MOC and line sizes also manufacturing of valves in carbon steel, cast iron, SS304 & SS316. mfg. different types of valves like - Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Check Valve, Plug valve, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valve.

  • Gate Valve

A gate valve is generally used to completely shut off fluid flow or, in the fully open position, provide full flow in a pipeline. Thus, it is used either in the fully closed or fully open positions. A gate valve consists of a valve body, seat and disc, a spindle, gland, and a wheel for operating the valve.

  • Globe Valve

The primary purpose of a globe valve is to halt, start, and regulate liquid and gas flow in pipes. It usually has a movable disk-type component and a non-moving ring seat in a cylindrical body.

  • Check Valve

Check valves are generally installed in pipelines to prevent backflow. A check valve is basically a one-way valve, in which the flow can run freely one way, but if the flow turns, the valve will close to protect the piping, other valves, pumps etc.

  • Plug Valve

Usually available in cylindrical or conical shapes, plug valves are quarter-turn manual motion valves used for stopping or starting the flow of fluid. They offer on-off, diverting, as well as basic moderate throttling services. Read on for an overview on plug valves, along with their types and applications.

  • Ball Valve

A ball valve is a flow control device which uses a hollow, perforated, and pivoting ball to control fluid flowing through it. It is open when the hole through the middle of the ball is in line with the flow inlet, and closed when it is pivoted 90 degrees by the valve handle, blocking the flow.

  • Butterfly Valve

Butterfly valves are a family of quarter-turn rotational motion valves that are used in pipelines to shut-off flow. It is often said that butterfly valves can be used to regulate the flow. However, we do not recommend doing this, as it can damage the valve disk and have a negative effect on the sealing properties.
